Hey, this will be my second cycle. The sport season is coming up fast and want to get another cycle before it starts. I want to increase strength but also decrease my BF% to get rid of excess weight. Im currently ~13% BF and would like to get that down to 7% BF but I also want to increase strength. What would be the best stack for someone only on their second cycle? If DURING the cycle, I get more water retention that may make me APPEAR fatter/bloated, since most if not all of it will be gone after the cycle... I was thinking of : 400mg/week deca(10 wks) 250mg/week Sust (8wks) 10wks clen(2days on, 2 days off 60mcg) 8 wks t3 (pyramid starting at 25 and moving up to 75mcg and then moving back down) What do you think? Too much? Too little of something? Any criticism is wanted....unless your gonna call me a stupidass mofo or something :nono: :nono:
i wouldnt do the clen 2 days on 2 days off. more like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. and id put it up to more like 80-100 mcg, but i dont know how you react to it. when is the t3 going to be added in?
if your diet is CLEAN and you are very smart with what you eat and when, you can drop fat while putting on some muscle. the cycle you layed out is pretty jacked... heres what i'd recommend: deca 400mg/wk wk 1-10 sust 500mg/wk wk 1-10 if you want to run the clen, run it for 2wks straight then take 2 wks off... during the 2wk off time run some EC or some other fatburner. consider just running 12.5mcg T3 for the entire cycle - should help supplement your normal thyroid output without causing shutdown. this would in effect increase protein synthesis and help with the fat for the duration ofthe cycle. have anti-E on hand for the test (doubt you'll need it) and consider getting some bromocriptine to take throughout the cycle and into post cycle therapy. i use 1/4 of a 2.5mg tab every night when taking nandrolone (deca) and it keeps my libido from falling off the meter and seems to really help me bounce back after the cycle. AAS don't do it FOR you, they HELP you do it for yourself. peace

Tho I have heard good things about Tren, I just think it's not for me with all the bad reviews about it...
on my last cycle. i made some nice gains are shed some bf. i lived off mrp's and did cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach everyday. and lifted heavy in the pm. get in the protein and watch the carbs
