I hate being "off!" I can deal with the lethargy and what not but I FEAR more than anything losing the gains I made during my cycle. It seems that keeping cals high and cutting back training isn't enough. So Im considering bridging with D-bol? I've never bridged before nor used d-bol. So I ve a few questions that I hope you guys don't mind answering. 1) Do you agree with bridging in general? 2) I understand that it only allows your body to regain 80% of you orig. test or hpta??? But If I stopped bridging 4 weeks from a cycle do you think that it would recover? In other words 12 weeks "on" 8 weeks bridge 4 weeks "off" then 12 weeks "on." 3) Would using d-bol at 10mgs a day require the need for clomid, liquidex, nolva, hair products, etc. 4) Would the "8 Week" bridge include using clomid? Thanks fellas! FF

To bridge with Dbol 10mgs ed all in the morning (no split dosge)....will not affect your test levels and will help let you keep a little edge....I've done it a number of times and it has worked well for me-actually leans me out a little......you can run the bridge either part or the entire time you are off-cycle-except for normal PCT you shouldn't need anything else during the bridge-I would be surprised if it was otherwise because it's such a small dose....
