I am 35 about 5'10..gonna do a cycle (1st one ever) in a while but curious as to an ideal Body fat percentage I should get down to before hand. Gonna be deca only more than likely... Too embarrassed to even mention what it is right now...
dont be imbarrased bro, most of us have had some extra fat at some point in our life. I was just tested 5 weeks ago, after severe dieting for 9 months to lose my excess. All that dieting and I was measured at 17%. Get this, after dieting for so long, when I came back on to bulking (now 5 weeks into) I was measured last night at 10%. So, don't worry so much as to what body fat to get down to. Just take your deca, and you might want to throw in some test of some sort to help gains, and of course deca dick, and see what your at after you do the cycle. Oh and by the way, keep your diet as clean as possible. Don't just eat anything cause you need the calories. Not to say it doesn't work, but when you are trying to stay or get more lean, but gain muscle, the only way is to gain lean mass=clean diet.
