Yeah max 0.5mg ED. You are taking on average 525mg ot test a week. I use 0.25mg ED of Adex per 500mg of armotisable steroid. I wouldn't count Eq as this, it doesn't bloat much. I would therefore take 0.5mg EOD ie 0.25mg per day. Keep an eye on how you feel. If you don't have the usual crazy test libido - your estrogen is too low from even that much Adex, in that case use 0.5mg 3 times a week only. Make sure to use nolvadex 20mg EOD - it helps with cholesterol which might get shitty from low estrogen high androgens in the system Hope this helps

should you always use nolvadex with a cycle or is that just cause of the adex.... also do you think there will be much bloating with the cycle and if i need adex at all BD23

I don't see you getting much bloat from that amount of test. If you have arimidex you won't need nolvadex too. The dex will take care of any gyno sides you might get if any
