Would these be overkill if used together during cycle? I am going to use arimidex and HCG. I have read that Proviron and Nolvadex are very good together for hardening physique. Below are my stats and what I am planning.

6'5 260 15-18% body fat
currently doing Englands Ketogenic Diet with goal to get down to 225 with 9-12% bf.
Goals: To gain quality muscle, vascularity and hardness only. Size is not a factor at all.
1-12 200mg /week Test E
2-12 200mg /week Mastabol
1-6 50mg/day of T-bol
1-12.25mg/day Arimidex
3-14 500iu's HCG/2x a week
PCT
Week 15 150mg clomid/ 40mg Nolvadex
Week 16 100mg Clomid/ 20mg Nolvadex
Week 17 50mg Clomid/20mg Nolvadex
Second cycle
Also: I currently do heavy intesne cardio training (ie. Sprints, Bleachers, Hills, Gassers).
I want to make sure that I am not putting myself at risk for any adverse effects by doing this type of cardio while taking these compounds. Last cycle I was scared to do cardio intesnly at all.

Estrogen is a very important hormone in the body and wihtout it alot can go wrong. it is also needed for growth. taking so many anti e;s at the same time i think would not be cohesive to growing or keeping healthy. i tink armidex should do the trick. you dont have to waste money and go over board.
