r-ala, ~300-400mg/day for liver protection, 600-800mg/day for partitioning effect. ๐

how much of the ALA would u have to use if u were taking the reg kind....not ther-ala? i usually take 250mgs with each meal...so about 1000mgs daily..sometimes up to 1.5 grams a day..is this enough? how many mgs should i take with say...30 grams of carbs? thanks ๐

r-ala is getting cheaper, more and more companys are producing it now, look around. I used to buy AF gluccorell, but now i just buy AST or syntrax r-ala...
some of those other R-ala brands dont have biotin in them though.They say that is very important. S.
biotin cost 1.38 at wal-mart for 60 capsules that provide 200% of your daily value..... to me, that is a non-factor
