I responded well, too well, to 250mg. of test e. It was somewhat puffy though.....sick strength considering that I'm carrying around an extra bicycle on my chest and back (and midsection - but thats beer not gear).
FOR YA'LLS REVIEW:
Test e. 125ish mg a week x 13 more weeks.....
EQ 400mg x 8 weeks (July/Aug).....
(of course I'll do PCT but not putting that here so I dont confuse the issue.....)
QUESTION: is this too much EQ? And what about the weight?
I'm kind of concerned about EQ, as I come from a long lineage of lard-asses. If I cut all junk food out of my diet, beer, but I end up doing stuff like gorging myself on plain popcorn when the EQ munchies hit, and keep my meals clean (they already are - beans, rice, lean beef), do you think I'd get fat? It sounds like Miggy eats a hell of alot, albeit good stuff and not the late night carton of ice cream.....thats what I have to contend with.....I come from a morbidly obese family....so the popcorn gorging is one strategy I use from time to time...any other tips besides "keep the mouth closed"....would be appreciated.
the main factor would be calories burned vs. calories consumed. this of course should be a super clean diet(as you said).

i usually run EQ 10 to 12 weeks since its a longer ester steroid. it doesnt really kick in until week 4 or 5. just eat clean and add cardio as needed. you will see veins popping every where in no time.
