Hey bro's, this is a question for some of the more experienced guys out there. I have been training for the last 12 years and have been cycling off and on for the last 5. Up until a year ago I would only do 2 cycles a year. Early this year I decided to stay on a bit longer and so went on on May 1st and ended my cycle Oct 6th. Now understanad that during that time every 5-6 weeks I would go off everything except Test at a maintaince dose of 400 mg a week plus A-dex and lots of clomid for 2 weeks and then would go back on full bore. Full bore for me is about 1000mg of Test Enan, 600mg EQ, 50mg Fina eod, 35mg/day of D-bol. This is pretty much my standard cycle, as this is what makes me grow. Now on to my question: I am having some health problems. 1. My blood pressure is pretty high, it is right around 155/101 and I also have excruciating headaches a couple of times a week and the usual sore knees, shoulders ect... I am 33 and getting in age to where all the harsh stuff will start to have some lasting permanent damage so I am wondering what kind of cycling I should be doing. I talked to a guy at the gym who competes and is pretty knowledgable and he suggested that at 260# I have all the size I need but I needed to harden up a little bit and maybe switch off some of hard stuff like Fina, d-bol and run a cycle like:winny 50mg/day, primo@ 400mg/week, and Test at like 500-600mg/week. Adjust my diet lean up and just solidify what I have built. What do you guys think. I want to continue to run something in the future but do not want to end up hurting myself with the hard drugs. Thanks in advance for the help.

Sounds like you already have received some good advice. I got an automatic blood pressure cuff the other day. I check it throughout the day especially after stress like driving in the car awhile. I was put on BP meds two weeks ago. A real low dose because mine also goes up when on. It stays borderline when off. Why risk a stroke at 33. Keep an eye on the BP and go on meds for it, even if it's borderline. My 2 cc

If you have all of the size you want, take 400mg of test/week and mabye 400mg of primo/week (if you can afford it). Stay away from all orals except mabye anavar. The most important part of this equation isnt your gear usage from now on, it is your diet. Fix your diet, make it healthier, and more heart-happy. If you already have high bp you dont want to do things that could put anymore stress on your circulatory system, such as cholesterol build up. Incorporate cardiovascular training into your regimen. Do varying interval work to both burn fat and work your cardiovascular system. I dont have problems with high bp, but i am sure there are some natural supplements out there which might help a little. But the most important part is your diet and your cardiovascular conditioning. Both of these things could help in lowering your bp.

Why does everybody assume that Fina is "harsh". I am yet to read or see a single decisive article showing that fina or tren is particularly hard on the system. Besides that, it is a great steriod for cutting cycles, so why stop taking it? If I was trying to cut and had to chose between a test/winny cycle and a tren/winny cycle, I would go with the tren every time, maybe with some femara thrown in for good measure. I can tell you that I used tren for 6 months straight and had no adverse side effects. I even got paranoid at about month 4 and went and had liver/kidneys tested and everything was spot on. Another advantage to tren is that it helps you maintain your strenghth while you are dropping lbs. Good luck! Keepin the Peace, Cajun_Satan

It would seem that fina can cause severe respitory symtoms with continued use. That alone warrants caution. But everyone responds differenly. I find it kind of hard to handle, but I did like the results.

i know for fact that fina severely raises my blood pressure, moreso than other gear...for that reason alone, i no longer use it....

My 2 cc excellent advice. im on 5mg of altace daily for my BP...its much more normalized now..but this bp med also helps to reverse kidney stress/damage..so ill keep on taking it. i would def get on the bp med as u dont want to stress ure kidneys...plus some can actually reverse signs of damage. also...i once did a 4 month cycle and the longer i was on the more elevated my liver enyzmes got...and yes...JUST on 500mgs test/400 deca...so i cant imagine what kind ofstress was put on ure liver...u better be taking alot of supps to help your liver and heart out...if not...ure in for trouble when ure a little older (i.e.dialysis/heart attack worst case scenario). i talk to my doc about this stuff..it helps...but u got to have a cool doc. Maybe u should do the same...goodluck bro...

and btw....to keep my health lasting longer....and to let enzymes normalize...i take twice the time off that im on nowadays...and im onl 22 (started juice 2 yrs ago). i dont wanna end up being screwed when it's too late =(. the advantage to staying off longer is that u respond very well to a cycle since your receptors are fresh...and u can probably get the same results off the same amount of drugs from ure last cycle..thats been my experience anyways....my .02 🙂

Thanks fellas, I did/have been to my Dr. on several occasions. I have been on blood pressure meds twice! the first stuff had a diuretic in in and cramped me so bad I couldn't sleep at night without being rippped from bed every hour with excruiting muscle cramps. I'm on Levlor?? @ 250mg/day and it has done nothing. Even went to see Radiology to have an ultra sound on my kidneys to make sure the arteries leading into the kidneys were't too small and to make sure my bladder was ok, and everything came out ok, but blood pressure still high. I have on been off everything (except 400mg Test) for a couple of weeks so as the water retention leaves I'm hoping so does my high blood pressure. I was 262 pounds the last week of my cycle and now am 255 so the water is coming off. Also on 100mg clomid and .5mg/day of Arimedex. Big Jim

Gearuzr i would lean up if i was you. You sound like you have plenty of size, if you are having problems then carrying around less weight is probably better. Maybe diet in cycles like drop 15 pounds, take a break from dieting and gain 5, and repeat. Get down to a lean 230-240 or whatever suits you but that would help a great deal.
