8-10 week cycles low dose test

Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 30yrs. old, 5'8, 175lbs. 14% BF.
Military for 10 years now(AIRBORNE). Looking at doing my first cycle in April. Wondering about low dose test(250mg EW) 8-10 weeks? Anything else to add on there? Been leaning towards just test to start. Thanks for the help bros.

experiment and see how it goes. i would personally add some deca in there with it say 200-300 mgs per week as well but thats me. let us know how it goes.

being in the military my goals are to improve strength and lean up. don't want to add to much weight. 10-15lbs would be good. my diet is straight. Deca still good for that? I research as much as possbile but there are alot of opinions out there. I've seen winny, eq, primo, etc. I have a pretty good idea of how everything works, but i am a beginner. thanks again.

i would like to see you increase the dose to 400mgs or so but you will still see gains at those doses, maybe add some Anavar or Tbol as well

i've done low dose test cycles like this for years....i'm 6' 200lbs, and 250mg/wk does just fine for me.....it's not gonna make you blow up, but you will see an increase in everything that has to do with being a man....muscle mass, libido, energy, etc...

if you want to do it right, read up on Visions PCT thread....it's good to run Aromasin throughout, and also HCG to prevent being shut down.....

i say go for it...at 30yrs old, you'll be a new man in 2 weeks!

I would concur.That dose is too low imho.I would run cyp @ 400mg for 10 weeks and that would help you in your endeavors.You're DIET will dictate your gains though NOT the aas run.

Low dose Test cycles are great. You won't gain enormous amounts of size, but you will look and feel great without having the bloat and side effects from taking a high dose. I would keep the dose at 250-400mg per week. You could get some Sustaplex 325, Test Enanthate 250, or Sustanon 250 and just take 1cc per week. That way you would only need one vial or 10 amps if you go with Sustanon. With vials the last shot will be short or the vial might even be empty after 9 shots, but you're only doing a short low dose cycle so just start your PCT accordingly.

Just be sure to inject more than once a week no matter which type of Test you choose. After some personal testing, I've noticed a difference between injecting once a week and injecting twice a week or more. When injecting once a week I notice that my face looks a little more bloated and I feel a little more pissed off after 5 days or so. If you choose to add anything else I would recommend a low to moderate dose of Turinabol or Anavar.

For a very long time it was recommended to take 250mg of Test a week for 8-10 weeks as a person's first cycle. I'm not sure when that idea changed but I think that if you're not looking for huge bodybuilder results, then 250mg will work.

1-10 Test E 250mg E5D
5-10 Anavar 30mg ED

I read Visions PCT. Still a little confused on it all. Any help would be great.
Trying to read and research as much as possible believe me. I think my brain is hurting now though! that's why you guys are here though. to help us cherries out. thanks again!

Visions Sticky on PCT explains everything pretty straight forward but what you want to do is run HCG throughout the course of the cycle to keep your testes from being shutdown which will make it easier for your body to bounce back during pct which means keeping more of your gains.

You'll want to run an AI to raise your body's test level and also want to run Clomid to raise your FSH and LH levels to kick start everything and get you back to fully functioning.

This is a bare bones explanation but helps explain it to you and what you will want to accomplish with your PCT. I suggest you run Aromasin @ 25mg ED for 5-6 weeks and Clomid @ 100mg ED for 3-4 weeks.

You'll want to run HCG @ 250iu- 500iu 2x week.

Weeks 1-8: .5ml Test E (every third day)
Weeks 5-10: 30mg Anavar (ed)
Weeks 1-10: 250-500iu HCG (every third day; same days as Test E shots)
Weeks 1-PCT: 12.5mg Aromasin (ed)

PCT>
Weeks 10-13: 100mg Clomid (ed; starting the day after the last dose of Var)
Weeks 10-15: 12.5-25mg Aromasin (ed)

You will make mild, but very solid gains from a light cycle like this.

thanks el mucho. that helps alot. okay so here's my problem. went on the site to buy and no HCG! any alternatives? Gen is the only place i see that looks legit. not sure if i broke any rules by saying that? sorry if i did.

It's your first cycle, keep it simple see how you react, you should be fine
at that dose.
And like doulbewide said maybe add some Deca in there but keep
it lower than the Test.
If you decide to add Deca make sure you finish it a week before the Test.
Others can explain that reason. Good luck with your first cycle.

Another cycle which I have gotten solid results from is something quite simple:

Test Prop @ 350mg Wk
T-bol @ 30mg ED

This has allowed me to rely more on my diet and yet allow me to make slow steady gains.

I prefer short esters with low or high doses.
