Just coming to the end of my 1st cycle. I will be taking a break of around 10-12 weeks before I start my 2nd cycle, but firstly I need some input from you guys to help me out. My first cycle consisted of: 30mg D-bol for 1st 4 weeks 500mg/ml Sust per week. Weeks 1-10 400mg/ml deca per week Weeks 1-8 I went from 81kgs to 92-93kgs on this cycle. One of the first things I noticed was that my strength levels stanated around the 6-7 week mark. I'm wanting to organise my 2nd cycle now to give me enough time to get what I need. My choices are unfortunately restricted to Asian and Paper products. Basically I'm not too concerned with another huge weight gain but would like a cycle based around consistantly increasing my strength levels throughout the cycle and gaining some quality mass. I've been searching old posts but going round and round without getting much solid ideas. I'm undecided on dosages but have been thinking along the lines of: Anavar (less side effects that D-Bol) Test Tren (have acess to this, not Asian) Winny
Have a go at tren.I found it to be very good for lean kilo`s.
i think anavar's only real use is in a pre-contest cycle to help retain mass, its very expensive and i think is a total waste in ur case... a tren, test cycle would be a good start for a solid strength cycle though

Weeks 1-8 Test @ 750/wk frontload for weeks 1, maybe 2. Weeks 1-4 Tren at 75 eod weeks 7-10 Winny at 50mg ed I like anavar, but as you like. Try oral turinabol as an alternative to d-bol.... less harsh. Option: add Tren back in at week 9: 50mg/ed Cheers
Why wouldn't you run the winny from week 5-10?
thats a good cycle sanct has written for you, i personally liked the results i got from *# anavar, well worth it, but its up to you int he end
First of all that would be 6 weeks of winny, maybe a little too much for the liver... For mine, winny works best as an overlapping end to a cycle... 4 weeks is enough IMO..... so overlap two weeks....
