Hey guys, I have been gone for awhile and I am finally back. I need y'alls input. Here has been my workout routine for about a year:
Monday Back + Bi's
Tuesday Chest + Tri's,
Wenesday off,
Thursday Legs + abs,
Friday Shoulders + traps
My question is that a good routine or is this routine better?
Monday Chest + Bi's
Tuesday Legs + abs
Wenesday off
Thursday Back + Tri's
Friday Shoulders + traps
Thanks!
are you coming back from a lay-off from working out or have you been working-out consistently and hitting a plateau? What are your fitness goals?
the more info you can give, the better the guys/gals here can help.

IMHO variation is the key, so both are good.

When I do a 4-day split I use the second routine. My bis/tris get too tired when I do them in a push/pull rountine like the first split.
I switch mine up quite often. I like the second one you have posted. Chest and Bi's together and Back and Tri's together. I like doing a push /pull. The key is to keep changing it up though.
