2 on 1 off is what works for me; some say i need more rest, but I get plenty of rest at night and besides, i can't keep from going to the gym.

5-6 days a week for me. Same workout schedule whether I'm saucing or not.

Just train hard enough to give your body reason to adapt, briefly enough for your training to be productive, and frequently enough to consistenly improve ... and you'll grow. Whether you lift 3 days or 5 days isn't going to make much of a difference in the end.

One thing i'd like to add is don't let the gear make you push yourself too hard. It's always done it to me, i just push every set and rep too hard and too aggressively. It's a stupid thing to do and will burn you out fast, on gear or not.

Bro, if you dont know how to properly train yourself then you need to stay away from the gear
