My favorite bicep mass tool has always been synthol injections. But barring that, I've noticed that a lot of people who do ridiculous numbers of sets are just not using enough load. Try some really heavy cheat curls (a little cheat, not a reverse grip power clean) at low reps to give the muscles a shock for a couple weeks. Then the volume again.

AS PROBABLY ONE OF THE ONLY GUYS HERE WHO DONT HAVE A BLOODY CLUE WHAT SYNTHOL INJECTIONS ARE I HAVE HAD GOOD SUCCESS WITH CHEAT CURLS"HEAVY AS HELL" AND TO BE HONEST I COULD DO WITH A LOT MORE MASS ON MY ARMS AS WELL WITHOUT SYNTHOL..

That was a joke; synthol is this idiotic, more-or-less permanent, gel-like substance that you can inject directly into your muscles to make them larger. Do a google image search under Greg Valentine (ignore the pro-wrestler with the same name) and you will see what I mean.

The very best bodybuilders are neither the hardest, nor the smartest trainers. They are the ones who can take the most weird drugs and live.

Snythol is probably the only way I would have asthetically pleasing bis but one look at valentine is enough to steer me away. I'll just continue to work with what God gave me. Some have peaks some don't.

That. imo., is the first big step. To be aware of your limitations and try to improve on them rather than trying to chase an image that you can never attain.

ok ..as posted by "layne"

"""Whatever it takes to damage the muscle enough to initiate the adaptive response is what needs to be done."""

so is this theory right then ???? i mean if you add this to slowly lowering your weight and also pausing ??? along with some heavy enough weight that you reach failure within 10 reps....

yes or no ..because i am trying to add some lbs on and was just wandering if this above method could work when training ..as a real good workout
....

so is it more weight with pausing and trying to kill the muscle or ????

what you think ???
