i dunno my upper chest always blows up really fast, and i always seem to hold fat on my lower, outer chest. right now i do flat db, decline db, wide grip dips, pec-dec, and i burn out with light weight flat flies. this has so far helped my lower chest a ton. i think once i start my winter cycle, i'll start doing incline maybe every other week. i think i have to focus on the lower chest alot more because when i first started lifting i never did anything to really focus on it.

only do flat barbell press, and incline dumbell press. seems to be working for me, the stretch marks are growing
Used to do decline, too dangerous now without a spotter (train solo these days). Was always stronger on decline than flat bench, but the lift off is way to disturbing for me.
i dont work out at all
