I'm told that it's better to perform the aerobic exercise after weight training, approximately 15 - 30 minutes, to assist in bodyfat reduction. Does it matter whether or not the aerobic work is performed before or after the weight training - as far as getting leaner?
I do my cardio before workouts unless it's legs, 30mins, and have no issues with weights afterwards. I'm usually on the floor from a weights session so couldn't even get myself onto the cardio machines if wanted to
I do it after, except when train the abs. I find it difficult to run/jog and x-train in particular after destroying the core. That's my own personal exeption.
great experience uzzi. I am doing my cardio in the morning on off days and it helps me keep my body in shape. How old are you and what are your goals?
I'm 31 and i'm training for myself, that means no competitions.
If you're 31, than you can still push on it hard. Why you don't go hard?
bro are you afraid of something? Why not competing?
I must remember you that Ronnie started serious to train after 35 as far as I remember.
