I know it gets harder as I get older but what is a reasonable
expectation, in other words how much muscle size can a 50yr and older man put on with trainnig and eating right...........
I have no idea how much muscle one could put on as one gets older, I'm sure there is some kind of chart that I'm meant to fit into however my personal opinion is that I just need to upgrade my chemistry. How say thee fellas?
It depends on your genetic potential, trainability, the use of gear or not and goals.

With proper training and diet and provided that you don't have any extreme medical conditions. Size and strength gains can be incredible at 50 years old.
