Hi, I noticed couple of days ago that my left pec is larger than my right. Ironically I am right handed and my right pec has more strength compared to my left. I am wondering what can I do to make my right pec symmetric to my left, more reps for the right pec?

Thanks

I'd recommend working with dumbells only, until you feel things are corrected.

Exactly, years ago I had the exact same problems DB's fixed it.

Gotcha, but should I perform more reps for the right or just keep it even?

I do this with good results.

Sorry, my bad. I've been doing four more sets of dumbbell bench press of 12 to 8 reps for my right pec.

I see, aren't you afraid that your right pec will be weaker than the left though?

This may happen, but I'm trying to fix one thing at a time .

I had the same problem a long time ago too. Like said above I'd just stick with dumbells. I wouldn't recomend lifting heavier or doing more reps on one side than the other, as this could cause another problem you may have to fix later. Just keep them even and your pes will eventually balance out.

I've always worked with dumbbells but never worked that fine for me, doing a few more reps has helping me much more than the latter.
