-First this is not me advertising, but it will sound a bit like it. Was at a fitness expo last weekend and they where demo'in the TRX system.
-As a triathlete I do not have a lot of time in the gym for strength training. It saves a shit load of space and it's portable. I can run to any park and set up and do a strength/core w/o before or after a run or bike. Just thought I would pass this on to enduro guys looking for strength alternatives with out investing in a home gym etc. Here is the link.

Yoga for Triathlets is awesome too. Can do at home and requires no equipment. Good for building strength and flexibility.
