I'm cross-posting some of my question posed in the endurance forum to see if I get some other suggestions for evening out my squat form....
In a nutshell, my butt/hip is twisting slightly to the right, placing my right leg more directly under my body when squatting. I cut back the weight and I'm focusing on trying to go straight up and down. Anybody have any other suggestions on how to remedy this, or is this pretty much the best way to fix it?
