b w/ dbl mini's- 155x3 3-4-3 wide to narrow grip front raise 45x10/10/10 rolling db's 50x10 5 sets 1 arm tri pressdowns 3x10 band pulls to face 3x20 abs 3 sets

Where is the rear delt work. I think rear delt work is not important if compound shoulder movements are not used. Mendelson swears by rear delt work.

Actually I do tons of rear delt work. Usually 5 sets of 10 on rear laterals. I am just cutting back close to the meet because my joints are a bit sore.

The band pulls to the face hit my rear delts...perhaps not enough? Erm
