Topic starter  

Shoulders are just not there, they are strong but not coming out. I do barbell shoulder presses, dumbell shoulder presses and lateral raises but over the past 3-4 months i have seen zero size, just strength. Any training tips for my shoulders?? Thanks

Maybe you might want to do some giant sets? Whenever I do a sets (as follows) my delts burn like hell:

1a. Standing dumbbell press
1b. Standing lateral raises
1c. Standing front raises
1d. Bent-over side laterals

I do 3-4 sets of 15 to 10 reps.
