Reverse Grip Bench..anyone ever do them?

I remember experimenting last year a little bit with that, but i never caught on to it.. Just kinda popped into my mind now randomly, wondered if anyone loves them and why, i guess i'm kinda curious to try it again lol but i most likely won't lol

i use them once in a while i have never done them enough to gain anything. but i know that doggcrapp advocates them along with his workout so i might try it

Never tried them watched a clip on them the other day, just looks awkward as hell and I don't see the added benefit.

very good tricep mass builder. It is much easier to do them on a smith machine.

Not bad movement, hurts my wrists somewhat, doing them on the smith definalty makes it more comfortable. Great tricep builder.

ya smith reverse presses are great for tri's ive moved up to using 315 for that now, and my tri's are growing alot...

iv'e been using them for the 8 weeks on the smith machine and really like them for the triceps, awesome.

I actually find these easier on my wrists than regular close grip benching. You need a spotter to help you unrack the weight though.
