Hello all! I've never posted on this forum before - but had a question. All I see on this forum is men's numbers - what are some good numbers for women for bench and squat? I have thought about competing - but I don't know if my numbers are good enough to even look respectable. I'm 130 lbs with a 1RM bench of 165 and 215 squat but have goals of 180 bench and 240 squat (which I will obtain - no doubt). Just curious! Thanks! 🙂
My wife trains but not very seriously. If she did she would post some impressive numbers. She is 4' 10" and 90# she benches 100#, squats 155# and deadlifts 165#. All lifts raw of course. But like I said she doesn't train for meets or for strength gain as her primary goal. V.
Just compete and you should do well. There are no where as many females competing as men. In my state one woman owns all the records for woman and she thinks she knows everything about power lifting but in reality there is no competition for her.

Women don't have the interest in lifting heavy shit competively like men do...just start competing...you might be surprised what records/wins you come out with!
Those are decent numbers based on women I've seen compete. Keep up the good work!
in order to properly answer this question,, Ill need to some some good pics........;)
