Hey thats the life I am living ... up at 530/600 to eat-shit-shower-shave ... study ... school 8 to 11 ... work 12 to 9 ... prep my food for the next day ... study ... bed ... repeat. Thankfully my work isn't usually stressful ... sometimes I can work at home. All of my meals take around 5 minutes to prep. Breakfast Cereal consists of whole grains, bran, wheat germ, banana, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, skim. Snack ... cottage cheese & apple. Lunch ... Sandwich w/ potato, broccoli, carrots. Snack ... yogurt w/ uncooked oatmeal (mixed when eating otherwise oats get soft. Dinner ... HUGE raw salad that contain most of the fruits and vegetables in my fridge w/ some nuts and perhaps some meat if I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch. The meat would be precooked the weekend before. Snack ... slice of toast ... tbsp of natural peanut butter ... tbsp of all natural fruit spread.
