Just wanted get ppls opinions on how to increase thigh sweep. I'm guessing most will say squats but with what foot position? Made some petty good size increases by doing 10 set of 10 sqats on alt wks but I'd like to try something different.

Essentially, massive weight leg press with the feet comfotrable but at about 35 or so degrees outward works well for me. As for the 10 sets of 10, things work for some but i would go with 5 sets of 6-8 super heave leg presses for about 6 weeks and see where you are at. Adjust to fit your needs but it works well for me. Most things do though, i have genetically huge legs. Lift heavy and enjoy!

Ok, I'll throw in some leg presses. I've been doing squats and hack squats but no leg presses. Thanks for the responces.
