I went online with the intention of finding some schematics for a weighted vest that could hold around eighty pounds. Well fellas as you can imagine, i actually found nothing like i needed. As luck would have it, my wife has a good sewing machine and i have access to an awesome army/navy surplus store. I am about midway through completion and it is turning out nicely. Expenses so far = 21 dollars and about three full hours labor. The web's vests appear to be around 150-200 bucks for something that holds 60-100 pounds. I think that all should have access to this info and so i am documenting everything. Anyone interested? I will post pics of materials/schematics soon!

I really want to learn how to build it. By the way, weighted vest is very good for plyometrics, are you into it?
