I need some reverse effects from all the winter gym work fellas.
From all the squats and lunges, the rump is plump!!
One of my ex-ladies commented and she wasn't kidding.
My inclination is no more squats and increase the cardio.
Ideas??

If it's muscular who cares ? Ladies love a guy with a firm round ass just like we do dude ! Believe that ! Girls would much rather have that than a washboard ass.. lol or a fat one for that matter.
If it's something other than that issue that bothers you, like you don't fit comfortably on your bike seat or anything than that's another story.. lol.
