Anyone ever experience this? It's quite frustrating. When I'm training, on a consistent basis, my muscles, specifically my shoulder and the rotator cuff muscles, get tired before I run out of wind. I know I have a rotator issue, which I'm not even sure can be fixed WITH surgery, but has anyone else ever experienced this? Before I run out of gas my shoulder starts burning, a lingering inflammation, which is beyond simple irritation. I'm wondering if anyone else ever had their muscles tire before their wind gives, how did you deal with it?
I have a bum shoulder as well and have a similar issue with it becoming fatigued before I feel like I've put in the work that I wanted.
Have recently gone back to PT and most of it seems to be related to restricted range of motion and consequently is weak in the rotator cuff area. Having put in a few weeks of new stretches (has been very uncomfortable) and some minor rotator strengthening exercises, I feel like I am moving in the right direction.
Might be worth a try. Also, there might be some scar tissue that is also adding to the problem. I believe that some ultrasound could help that as well.
