The first time i did a cycle I eventually lost most of the muscularity that I gained. I recently finished a second cycle (deca/test.) and am happy with my results. I really don't want it all to just disappear. I will remain intense with my training and remain eating the way I did when on my cycle. Is there anything else I can do?

Do extensive research on PCT or Post Cylce Therapy..punch that into the search feild on bolex..and read read read.
