My thread on quad sweep seem to have disapeared. Anyway, I threw the leg presses in today. Worked up to eight plates. Not bad, considering I did squats first and made the mistake of starting with one plate and pyramiding up. I didn't think I would be very strong because I haven't done these in years. Next time I'll start with five plates and pyramid up. Should get some reps with nine then.

I worked up to nine plates, on each side, last wk. Was a little down from that today but I like my new leg workout.

I just overlooked the thread I was looking for.........found it after I started this one. My knees aren't that great either. The leg press doesn't seem to bother them as much as squats.
