I had some phucker interrupt me in th emiddle of a set to ask what I was doing. I nearly picked up a 45lber and smacked him over the head. These other fags did like 10 sets each minimum on the bench I was waiting for once then the same for other things. I felt like saying - look at you you fag why the phuck do you think 30 sets is better than 12????

FOX the idots at my gym tell me i am spotting them wrong... its great... some fool didnt want me helping from the elbows on DB inclines and wanted to grab the dumbells, cause he said when people help him from the elbows the dumbells always fall on his face... i told the guy if your tri's cant keep the DB's from fallin in on your face then they are too fucking heavy and walked away. another one wanted me to hold the bar the whole time he did bench cause it makes him feel better.. i told that fucker i wasnt here to help is emotional problems, just to make sure the weight doesnt fall on his head, and i walked away from him to..

Ol Kappy...just cant get a break can ya? LOL I havent done a set involving forced reps in YEARS. If I cant rep weight X for Y amount of reps I dont even try it. I just rep weight X for as many reps as I can complete 100%...no more. When the guy told you to hold onto the bar, you should have pushed DOWN on the bar with your hands to teach him a lesson 🙂 FOX
