There's this 2 guys at my gym who are always more worry about how others lift than their workout. Everytime some up pick up a dumbell or a bar, the go strait to the guy (including me) and start talking about how bad they do the exercise, how it have to be done bla bla. I don't know how these guys have the balls to tell someone bigger, thicker (in a better shape) than they, how to lift. Just to know how you deal with this kind of people at your gym... they drives me nuts... some day i'll drop a dumbell on their foot (you know by accident)
Tell them to shut-up because it doesnt look like thier workout program is working for them, so why should you listen to them. That sounds like one of the most annoying things Ive heard in a long time.
drop the dumbells u are holding on them 😉 😀 works for me
Tell them u think they are cute and ask them if theyd like to go for a drink later, because uve never seen such beautiful eyes on anyone before. Then grab thier ass and smile. They wont EVER talk to u again.

Thats messed up!!.....I woulda told them straight up , "look at me and look at you" then tell him his physique is more fit for ballet and you have different goals(competition..ect).
I never had that problem, but i do get the guys who try to diminish something I am doing. This is rare but it happens, he doesnt know that more often then not whatever I was doing was for a contest. Or just me geting a workout, Example 125Lb side laterals. I just ask him 1 lil question. CAN YOU DO IT....Thats all it takes to shut em up!!!
man i own a local gym where i live...i see that shit all the time...dotn worry it isnt just you that notices it..it is everyone....just let them keep makinf fools of themselves, it gives you something to talk about during your workouts..

And that they have "at least a 23 or 24 inch biceps"... And then..."I used to be a lot bigger than this but...." :uhoh: :uhoh: :uhoh: FOX

I don't say shit to them.. just give them 'the look' and they slither away..
i had that happen to me last wk at my gym while doing front raises with a barbell...i just told the guy to talk to me after im done training not while im in the zone...not rudely, but as nice as i could..i think he got the point, hasnt talked to me since.. oh, StrongerThanAll, damn man..u do side laterals with 125 lb dumbells? wow, thats sick man...cool Quiet E.
Ask them to come and do a few set with u next time. Go as heavy as possible and when they cant keep up , instruct them on how to do the exercise properly
tell them the following and then walk away: "bro, the bottom line is I am completely sick of you trying to tell me how to lift and train. Lets go over to the mirror and i will show you why I will not listen to you" once you get to the mirror, bounce his skull off of it.
HaHa Pretty funny post. I just assumed the gym I train at had the freakin idiots. (I evidently don't get out much)
