I am 16 years old. Did my first gym workout in my life 4 school sport 2day. I weigh 62kg's and I am 5"11
I am a pretty serious racing cyclist but I doubt the strength u get from riding a bike has any carry over effect to weight lifting???
I leg pressed 430 pounds (196kg's) 10 times pretty comfortably couldnt do any more because thats the biggest weight they had on the machine .
So thats 3.1 kg's of lifted weight per 1kg of my bodyweight.

not bad for your first workout. keep working and the strength will shoot up. are you using a universal machine?
