I'm planning on giving it a try... 1) How do you incorporate it into your weekly training? I use Metal militia for bench sunday and wednesday, and Westside for squat monday and friday. I'm trying to figure out how this would fit in... maybe after an ME GM or squat? Some weeks I could just use it as is as a sort of ME deadlift. Thoughts? 2) Describe in detail please how one does a "power shrug". 3) What do you do if you get sick and miss a week? Thanks, Bob

I would do the full routine as your ME day and still do the speed squat day for your other day. The shrugs are just regular shrugs but alot more strict than what we would normally do when we put 5-600# on the bar. Don't get sick 🙂
