Personally I only train my chest with DBs presses, inclined from 15° to 30° and it works very well.
I avoid flat DB presses and BB presses for my chest since everytime I try them I injure my shoulders.
I found out that the more precise the movement, the better the results. I always try to use the full range of motion and with the hand I always try to reach the same level as my armpit, then lift the DB up slowly. You won't lift as heavy as before, but the results surely come.
