A common weekly routine at my gym is as follows.... Mon: Chest Tues: Arms Wed: 2 sets of lat pulldowns Thurs: Legs (oh stuff it i'm staying home can't be bothered) Fri: Chest Sat: Chest Sun: Arms Mon: Chest etc etc
