I will explain what happened first. I was doing a warm-up incline set, thank god not heavy, and I went to rack it, but somehow missed one of the pin. The bar came down on one side and caught my wrist, which pulled my arm back and hyperextended my shoulder. There was no popping or anything, but it is alittle sore in the joint, especially when my arm is straight out to the side. What is the best thing for it? Rotatory exercises or just ice and resting it? Thanks for the input... Cjay

i would rest and ice for a week then slowly work some rotator exercises and see how it feels. Shoulders are a bitch if you mess one up and never allow it to heal properly. But i'm not a doctor just a goofy powerlifter 🙂 D
