i am new here i am twig and i am 5foot 10 and 130 lbs and 40 years old, i think 40 years of skinny is enough so what do i do??, what do i take and how fast can i put on 30 lbs, get to maybe 160 lbs(its a place to start) .
you can start by looking closely at your diet and telling us what your weight lifting program looks like.

i eat cereal for breakfast , usually grab a burger/sandwich for lunch and dinner is chicken or meat/fish with some rice or pasta and vegetables and sometimes a salad as well. not the best diet but time constraints so ican get a workout in.
i am lifting weights 3x per week , but i just started so i can only squat with about 100lbs bench about the same.. very wimpy i know but i dont need an injury since this is new to me.
