Anyone wants to give input or guide me I 'm bodybuilding full time. I work only 4 hours a day 3-7pm. With training do i need an am/pm split? 8hours or 12hours sleep? Im in bantamweight category 65kg but i intend to go heavier. Financial wise,i can make it. Any input?

Yeap JB,im now getting serious. I want to know if doing an am/pm split would help. I'm Looking for someone to guide me.
