The rule is listen to your body if it is hurting (By this I mean fucking hurting or on the verge of, you are doing something wrong or too heavy and it is time to back off) don't do it. I was doing dumbell shoulder presses on Monday morning and tore a muscle and kept going. I knew my shoulder hurt, I knew I should have stopped however, what was going through my mind, I'll tell you, I arrive at the gym at 5.30am and by 5.40am my shoulder is fucked and I am thinking to myself do I stop or continue. So what do I do? Da Da I keep going haven't been to the gym since and I am pissed. Listen to your body man not the background (yes i mean by background, not your spotter, not your personal trainer, not the local Arnie but YOU!) and you will be OK!!!!!!!

Well it's not really bridging as I'll do this for months, and hit two or three high dose cycles (6-8 weeks fast acting gear) per year. And it is IP gear...so could be anything from 300-400mg.

Originally posted by oneade I've the same problem too. I don't go much further than 90 deg anymore. Otherwise I will PAY for it. O/T JerryTheJuicer. I'm quite interested in what your regime is like. 3 x a week and only so few exercises? What are is your training split like? How often do you change your exercises? Sorry for the questions ๐ You seem to do things very differently to everyone else. Usually 1 Total Upperbody + boxing, 1 Total Upperbody and Arms, 1 Legs (alternate dumbbell lunges + one legged squats) per week with at least 2 full days in between Upperbody workouts. I don't change the exercises, I only do those mentioned above and in previous threads. I do however play around with the weights and intensity and number of sets each workout (no workout is the same!!) These exercises are the safest and most effective I believe so why waste time doing something that isn't as good or even dangerous (YOU WON"T GET MASSIVE WHILE INJURED I CAN ASSURE YOU OF THAT!!)
1 legged squats! I've never seen anyone do these. Thanks for the headsup guys. I've heard of doggcrap but never really looked into it.
