Since I'm new to the whole bodybuilding scene, I dont know much about certain exercises and how to do them correctly. Could someone please give me a good website that explains how to do these exercises? There are quite a few I dont know so a site with a lot of exercises would be helpful. Thanks.
Arnold's Encycl. to Bodybuilding has everything you need. If you are new you need to stick to the compound lifts and BUILD THAT MASS!!! Get big first then sculpt. It may take a few years, but you will be happier. Don't be a 150lb chode that is doing what they saw Ronnie Coleman doing in a fucken magazine.
I agree with bigzig!
Bench press, squats and deadlifts should be your main choices in your routine. Lots of heavy lifting and reaching positive failure at the 6 to 8 rep. Once in a while go for the 2-4 rep.
I WOULD GO IN THE GYM AND WATCH SOME OTHER GUYS!!! LOOK AT THE GUYS HOLDING FORM AND NOT THOSE WHO ARE THROWING THERE WEIGHTS AROUND OR ON THE FLOOR OR GRUNTING..YOU CAN EVEN ASK THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE GYM THEY CAN HELP YOU AND AS THE BRO'S POINTED OUT BOOK STORES CARRY GOOD BOOKS, NUTRITION IS VERY IMPORTANT AND MOTIVIATION ABOVE ALL!!!!!
