Whats everyones thought on cortisone cream for performance? Do you think diprosone is strong enough to have any effect? ( if thats spelt right)

I didn't experience any noticable benifit from cortisone cream -- what I tried with was a normal perscription cream that one gets to help external skin healing. perhaps other variations/ home brews would produce better results.
