cardio is best first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. if yo udo it with your work out it depends on your goal, muscle growth or fitness.

Agree with JB, but if you have to do it in the same day, do it after weight training.

I have to lower down calories buty it won't result in catabolism right? Or affect recovery right?

Just be sure to be at low to moderate intensity. Also you may consume BCAA's and whey protein before the cardio session.

As for the catabolism, some may occur but sometimes you have to lose to win, gotta be smart and pay attention to how your body responds.

Always after the weights never before for a BB, unless as mentioned you do two training sessions in that day...then cardio first thing in the morn is fine.

liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.
