My chest really started to fill in after I started extreme stretching described in dogcrapps training..
I HAD, not have, HAD trouble with chest until I did the following. -2 warm up sets of machine presses (17-25 reps) -4 sets of flat bench (every other week use dumbells) 10res, 8 reps, 6, 6 -4 sets of incline smith machine presses(dumbells every other week) 10,8,8,6 -4 sets of weighted dips (12,10,10,8) -2-3 sets of incline flies (15,12,10) -3 sets of cable crossovers, squeeze and flex HARD (15,13,12) finish with a hard 3 set pose. squeeze hard, and i mean hard, and then stretch good. Alright, we are not done, listen. Now go home and eat, eat and eat. Protien, carbs everything you can find within 40 minutes of ending the workout. Also train chest on Mondays before you train anything else (always train weekest bodyparts first in your rotation). TRAIN HARD, EAT BIG AND REST! -
i hate training chest on Mondays at the gym. my buddies and i call it "international chest day" cause that is the day everybody wants to train chest. the frat boys (no offense anyone) usually get in on monday to train chest, then mabye tuesday for arms, then by wednesday night they have hit the bars until next international chest day. gotta work those beach muscles.;)
