Is there anything i can take besides Glutamine and maybe clen.. not that i want to waste clen.. but i dont want to lose evertything becasue im not allowed in the gym w/ crutches and a cast. What do you guys suggest?? Dobs
You are protected by the Americans with disabilities act.... they can't keep you from the gym! (I don't know if that is true or not, but it just sounds good)
check you membership agreement and see if it is stipulated in there.....if its not, just go to the gym... there are a whole bunch of crippled dudes in my gym with crutches, power wheelchairs and shit like that.... maybe you just need to bitch a little to get your way..

when i was down last year (12 weeks out of the gym w/ a broken ankle and 2 torn quad tendons), i kept my protein high and used muscle synergy, from beverly, @ 24 tabs per day...retained a lot of lean tissue despite forced inactivity...
keep your diet good and train your upper body. shouldn't be to hard. i m sure you will lose alittle size but nothing major.
