iono but it seems like im losing a little strength on my chest. I think it might be the way im lifting cause for some reason on chest day my shoulders feel like they are being worked out too hard. like i used to do shoulders the day before or after chest with no problem but now it feels like im fucking tired. iono but maybe it seems like used to pull and push the bar farther away from my face like farther towards my lower chest and maybe now its too close. thats what sucks about not having a training partner anymore. who would rather work out with his gf than me rofl.
I would rather workout with his gf than you too...LOL:D Seriously though, give a few days between working your shoulders and your chest...I have found that my bench goes up when I concentrate on dumb bell presses and behind the neck presses.
