I do heavy militarypresses fronthead and heavy sidelifts I have negliated front of delts, and backside before and I'm trying to work them up so to speak. front delts are taging along, but backside sags after I'm so F-ING weak there, using tiny weights doing sidelifts leaned forward, and I can't get any good contact either! Any suggestions for good exercices for backside shoulders?!? I now It's a small muscle not able to do shitloads of weight but my shoulders look like "somethings missing" so I really wanna catch up One thing.. my shitgym has only lean-backwards kind of pec-dec machines so I can't use them for reverse shoulder training... peace!=pissed:
Bent over flyes, bent over rows, t-bar rows....
Bent laterals with dumbbells or cable. Another funky one is to do upright rows off of a low pulley, but you have to stand about 5-6 feet away from it soe the cable has a good angle on it. No leaning back, so you'll have to use lighter weight, but you should get a decent contraction off of that.
Put a rope on the top pulley of a crossover unit and pull it towards your face.Use a light weight for high reps and get those elbows back. You`ll feel it.I call them rope pull-ins!!

How about behind the neck presses? I like them, even though some say it's bad for your joints.
Power cleans.

My favorite have always and will always be reverse pec deck, but I will change it up and use bent over laterals.
