Just wondering if I can get some advice in toning up abs. I work out every day and do abs eod. How many times a week and what are some good exercises. Also how much cardio should I be doing to tone them? Any suggestions would be great!

id cut back on ur ab training to start, twice a week is all that is needed... i keep ab training really simple, just 2 sets of trunk curls followed immediately by 2 sets of reverse curls, 25 reps for trunk , 12 for reverse... use weight if necessary

having great abs means having great bf%. The lower your bf the beter your abs. Alot of ppl think "spot training" works...for removing mid-rift fat, it doesnt. Train less often, hell even if u dont train them at all, diet and do cardio, u will have beter looking abs. Cardio 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes, minimum. If u are loking for exercises. Traditionaly I train lower tehn upper abs, leg raises and then crunches.

I train my abs like I train my bis ~ only once a week. They get a lot of superficial work all day, everyday. So they are easy to overtrain. A super clean diet and cardio will work wonders at revealing what you have developed.

the six pack is based 80% on DIET....i dont care how many crunches you do, if your diet isnt really clean, your six pack will stay hidden. So focus on what you eat rather than what exercises you need do.
