Does anyone know what the typical AAS choice & dosage would be for a weightlifter i.e. one striving to increase his lifts, but remain in the same weight class category?
I would imagine that their doses would be significantly less than a bodybuilder. Something like 250mg/week test. I'd guess beneficial oral steroids for a weightlifter (assuming that he is not liable to be drug tested for some time) would include Halotestin (20mg/day) or Anavar (30-40mg/day) or Tbol (20-30mg/day) or Dianoxyl-31347'>Dbol (10-20mg/day) or mestanaolone (~50mg/day)
I am only guessing the doses here. Would people agree with these drug choices and doses? I'd appreciate anyone who has had experience in AAS use in weightlifting to chime in here.
Thanks.

My friend has just won the South American title (Heavy Weight Class), he uses Susta and Anadrol at moderate doses.

Congrats to your friend. I'd be interested to know what the lighter weight oly lifters use.

His brother and my friend as well, is a lighter athlete (about 160 pounds) runner-up and doesn't use nothing YET (natural athlete), but he trains and eats heavy as hell.

Do you think Taner Sagir would be clean?

As you know Turkey is a country that has a great tradition in Weight Lifting and others Strangth/Power Sports; has won several Olympic medals and does really know how manipulate chemicals wisely.

"Taner Sagir's rising star. With the physical appearance of the just turned 19 year old, he seems an ordinary slim high school student. He can do 167.5 and 200 kg."

As for him being a natural athlete I don't think he's clean since he's a top level guy, but I don't think he relies a lot on gear. For him gear is just a another boost as several other things are.

Please accept my apologies, the athlete that I told that won the South American title is a Powerlifter, not a Weightlifter, my bad.

On the other hand, I know the Weightlifting scene down here in my country and I know that the coaches don't like the idea of using chemicals. If an athlete wants to use gear, he/she has do it for his/her own, and never let the coach know.

I think the trick is taxing the CNS with heavy, progressive and smart training.

They start their training session with about 10 minutes of stationary bike, then they do light streching and then go for several types of movements in a pyramiding fashion.

At the Olympics, Sagir snatched 172.5kg & clean & jerked 202.5kg.
Those weights are incredible for a 19 year old who weighs just 77kg! It's really hard to believe that he hasn't used any PEDs, yet you are correct about him looking so young. His upper body is also very underdeveloped.
