You can achieve pretty well everything with a good pair of dumbells (and appropriate weights) and a bench. Plank of wood between 2 milk crates will support a LOT of weight. Pull a crate away for inclines or declines...

yeah Angus thats them only my cows are the strawberry flavoured ones and Diggs it is muay thai but it has another name its the full contact knees and elbows stuff. Just kidding Angus my cows are beef cattle breed for the domestic trade.
